Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling: I understand that life happens, and I always aim to be as flexible as possible while also honoring the time and energy held for each session. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Payment Responsibility: Whether paying online or in person (when available), booking a session is a commitment to that time, and payment must be made before the end of the session. Online Sessions: For online sessions, please ensure you have: -A quiet, private space -A stable internet connection -Time to arrive fully present Please note that the recording and/or distribution of any sessions or events is not allowed without prior consent from Harvesting Sage. Scope of Support: Services offered by Harvesting Sage are rooted in emotional wellness. While deeply supportive, it is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment and outcomes are not guaranteed. You are always encouraged to seek additional support if needed. A Shared Understanding: This space is created with care, intention, and respect. By booking, you're agreeing to honor that space, your time, and the process.
