Conscious Connected Breathwork

Discover how your breath can be your breakthrough in this guided somatic practice
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a 3-part circular breathing technique done through the mouth, guiding one breath into the belly, one into the chest, followed by an exhale.
This powerful method allows you to tune into your body's innate wisdom, accessing the energy and emotions your body has been holding, often unnoticed or showing up as stress, anger, fear, overwhelm, doubt, or other tension. When we notice this energy and allow it to move, we restore harmony to the body, which can bring about peace, empowerment, and stability.
Conscious Connected Breathwork often results in an emotional release, which can have lasting benefits for the body, mind, and spirit.
