What is Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps restore balance and harmony to the body.

Energy is at the core of our universe, it surrounds us, connects us, and influences how we feel, how we show up for ourselves and others, and how we move through our daily life. If you've ever said "I don't have much energy today", you've felt this in action.
Overtime we can lose, block, or constrict our connection to this universal energy, leaving us feeling chaotic, drained, and unfulfilled. Reiki brings awareness back to the body, helping you take a deep breath, relax, release, and realign.
Through Reiki, we can restore harmony in the body, bringing about peace, vitality and a greater openness to love.
