Conscious Connected Breathwork is an embodied journey, often powerful, emotional, and freeing. It’s about letting go and honoring yourself.
The tools you learn in this class extend beyond the session itself, helping you release old patterns, dissolve fears and doubts, and step into the authentic version of yourself you were always meant to be.
I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment as we do the things that aren’t always easy but essential for growth.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a mat, blanket and water.
