Midday Mindfulness
Step away from the hustle of your day with a refreshing 25-minute meditation designed to help you recharge and invite peace back in. This mindfulness practice offers a moment of calm, helping to reduce stress, improve focus, and restore your mental clarity. Whether you’re looking to release tension or simply take a pause, this class is perfect for anyone in need of a quick reset.
You can join from anywhere—simply pop in your headphones and listen from your desk, retreat to your car (just not while driving!), find a quiet spot while the kids are napping, or take a break in between tasks. It's a flexible, accessible way to bring mindfulness into your day, no matter where you are or how much time you have.
